Objective To ligate the coronary artery of left descending anterior branch of the New Zealand Rabbit and toform AMI model,to supervise and observe different period biochemistry indexes(CK, CK- MB, ALT, AST, M - AST, LDH,LDH-isozyme,a- HBDH,TNI,K, CRP, SCRP),to select a set of combine indexes used for the AMI earlier diagnose andapplication in clinical. Method Anaesthesia rabbit and ligate the coronary artery of left descending anteior branch of the NewZealand Rabbit and to form AMI model. Adopt the blood from rabbit humerus vein to examine before ligation and after ligation30min, 1h,2h,3h,4h,5h,6h,7h,8h. Result The most sensitivity biochemistry index is TNT which display positive in 1h. CKin3h,CK- MB, CRP in 5h has been increasing. But ALT, AST, LDH and its isozyme, a- HBDH, M- AST is no moredifference between ligature fore- and - aft. It was reported that K,SCRP,etc. reaction protein stimulate would be increased.but no embodiment in the task. Conchusions It should be first select TNT in the diagnosis AMI indexes. It is the mostsensitive index for evaluating the tiny deal of myocardial,replacing the CK- MB become the newly AMI diagnostic standards.The next in order are the CK,CK- MB and CRP.As far as ALT,AST,LDH and its isozyme, M - AST etc. are no longerfunction in the diagnosis AMI.
