A 40-year-old Asian woman was referred for bilateral uveal lymphoma. She had a history of conjunctival mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT)elymphoma and biopsy confirmed extranodal marginal zone lymphoma. Fundus examination revealed discrete yellow-white choroidal infiltrates (A). Indocyanine green angiography demonstrated focal hypofluorescence corresponding to the clinically observed choroidal infiltrates (B). Ultrawidefield en face swept-source OCT angiography highlighted the multifocal hyperreflective dots in the choroidal layers (C); most of the lesions had a characteristic pattern of angiocentric distribution along the choroidal vessels (red arrows). Swept-source-OCT B-scan (D) confirmed multiple hyporeflective dot lesions (green arrows) that corresponded with the findings on the en face OCT angiography. These foci may represent regions of choroidal nonperfusion secondary to space-occupying lymphoma cells.
