Cochlear Implant (CI) is a very effective option for those people who suffer deep hearing loss. But to perform Cl operation would come through a very complicated procedure. Many thorough evaluations or examinations need to be carried out before surgical operation, and a follow-up program needs to be fully committed by the CI recipients. We previously designed a database application software to manage Cl patients' data. This software currently is in use at Beijing Otolaryngology, Institute. In this paper, we propose a wireless network scheme for our software, and discuss the requirements from a wireless technology; users angle of view Our goal is to enhance work efficiency to provide better set-vices to our patients and the CI candidates.
